— here's what I'm cooking —

I build the things I wish existed.

I notice something missing, build it for myself, and it turns into a product. I direct how it looks and what it's for, and orchestrate a system of AI agents to actually build it — which is how one maker keeps this many things going at once. Some of it you can use today. If anything here makes you want to build something — with me, or for you — that's exactly why this page exists.

01 · the work

Different problems, one way of building them

Filter by what kind of thing it is. Each card opens its own page — the story, and where you'd come in.

Platform · language

TELA

A reading app for learning a language by reading the things you’d read anyway — books, articles, lyrics, subtitles. It models what you already know, word by word, and colors the text as you read, so you only ever see what’s just out of reach. No flashcards, no drilling. And the languages you already know make the next one faster — it follows words back through their shared roots and hands you the related ones for free.

Where you come in: if you'd rather learn a language by reading than by grinding decks, this is being built for you. It's also the clearest proof of how I work — I've carried this idea five years and the whole thing is mine end to end.
Tooling · web app

cc-bridge

Run and manage my AI coding-agent sessions from anywhere, in the browser. By now it conducts a small fleet — roughly one agent per project, sometimes a dozen at once.

Where you come in: this is the pace I can point at whatever we build together — and I'm turning it into something you could run your agents through too.
Experiment · UX

The city map

I keep my whole life as a city. Projects, the people I'd build them with, deadlines, the parts of life I don't want to drop — all of it as buildings on one map I can look at instead of a list I have to hold in my head.

Where you come in: if you also carry more than fits in your head, this is one honest answer. And it's how I design anything: around how a head actually works, not how a template says it should.
Tooling · productivity

Time, blocked

I plan my day on the desktop and track it on my phone as it happens — in fifteen-minute blocks on a 6am-to-6am clock, because nothing else fit the shape of my attention.

Where you come in: every default in it is a small argument with how these apps think a day should go. If the usual planners never fit you either, you already know why — and if you want systems designed off how people actually behave, this is what that looks like.
Games · build with me

Game studio

I make VRChat worlds where the story is whatever you and your friends do under pressure — I’ve got a working proof of concept. Now I want to start a real game studio with friends, because the hard part of building games finally got small enough that we can.

Where you come in: if you make art, write code, mess around in Unity, or just love games — this is the one I most want to build with people, not alone. Come start it with me.
Platform · marketplace

Commission platform

A commission marketplace for my corner of VRChat — avatars, world art, whatever someone can make. The scene already runs on commissions; I built the part everyone fumbles — knowing who you're dealing with and what you actually agreed — and stayed out of the way for the rest.

Where you come in: if you make things, I want your work on the wall. If you want something made, this is how you find the right person without the gamble. I'd rather grow a little scene than ship alone.
Skill · conversational AI

Conversational AI

Characters and chatbots that actually feel like someone — they notice you, hold a mood, and don't always say what they feel. The same work whether it's an NPC in a game or a bot that talks to people.

Where you come in: if you want a character with a pulse — or a bot that feels like a person, not a form — this is the thing I'm best at. Try the sandbox; poke it and watch what surfaces before it speaks.
02 · build together

Come build with me

I set friends up with their own AI agents, teach them to drive them, and we build together — games, VRChat worlds, avatars. You don’t need to be an engineer: the agents do the technical heavy lifting and I help you steer. I’d rather grow a little crew than build alone.

Here’s the part that matters if you’ve ever felt locked out of this. The agents run on my server, not your computer, so a basic old laptop and an internet connection are enough — it works from anywhere, even over a VPN. You don’t need your own AI subscription to start: while we build together I can share some of my own usage, with the aim of growing into a shared budget. What you walk away with — knowing how to get real work out of AI agents — is yours to keep.

what we'd build

Worlds & characters

VRChat worlds, and 2D games with characters that feel alive. The games are the story — read it →

or the layer underneath

Infrastructure

Servers, GPUs, hosting your own models, the APIs and agentic plumbing it all runs on. I run my own — I'll help you stand yours up, and we build on it.

…and whatever
we dream up next ✎
03 · for companies

I can do this for you, too

What I'd bring to your team

I'm not just an engineer — I own products end to end. I work out what's actually needed, design it, build it, stand up the infrastructure, and ship it. And I move fast, because I build with a fleet of AI agents — I was doing agentic development before most teams had heard of it.

Forward-deployed: I come in, build the thing your team actually needs, set up what it runs on, and teach the people who'll use it — so it keeps working after I leave. Mostly that's the unglamorous internal tooling and automation that quietly make a team faster.

01

AI automation

Agents on the repetitive, judgment-light work.

02

Internal tooling

Dashboards that turn the mess into a clear view.

03

Process optimization

Find what’s slow, build the thing that removes it.

04

Team enablement

Your team, taught to drive the agents themselves.

04 · about

Who I am

I notice something missing, build it for myself first, and it becomes a product.

I'm an engineer who builds whole products. I direct how each one looks and what it's for, and orchestrate a system of AI agents to build it — that's what lets one person keep a whole portfolio going at once, and it's the same engine I can point at whatever you're missing. The breadth is the point. I find solutions that work, usually the non-obvious ones. I'd rather build with people than alone, especially friends who have the talent but not the gear or the runway yet — I can hand them the tools to start. If something on this page makes you want to build — with me, or for your team — that's the conversation I'm hoping for.
